RELEASE NOTES · FYLLYO 0.5.0 ·

More accurate forms, and long document sets that fill

Clients with many documents get a filled form instead of an empty one, amounts keep their cents, masked numbers stay out of your forms, and a dozen built-in forms fill more of their fields correctly.

Long document sets fill completely

A client with a lot of paperwork, such as a certificate of insurance with six insurers or a full S corporation return, could come back with an empty form. Fyllyo now reads long document sets in smaller parts, so every form gets filled.

Amounts keep their cents

Forms that print cents now get them: 1,284.60 stays 1,284.60 instead of becoming 1,285. Where a form shows losses in parentheses, as Form 8949 does, Fyllyo writes them that way.

Masked numbers stay out of your forms

Documents often show a number masked, like XXX-XX-1234. Fyllyo never writes a masked number into a form: it leaves the box for you and tells you the full number is needed.

Fewer blanks when documents disagree

When two documents give different totals, Fyllyo holds back only the figures that depend on which total is right, and tells you why. Before, it could leave a whole schedule blank over one difference.

Built-in forms that fill more correctly

We rebuilt a dozen of the library's forms and tested each on clients it had never seen, including the W-2, ACORD 25, Form 1120-S and Form I-9. Your copies update by themselves the next time you open your forms.
