Sign up at app.fyllyo.com. The 5-day free trial includes every feature, with no credit card required.
- 2Download the Mac app
Get it from the downloads page and sign in with the same account. It needs an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later).
- 3Fill your first form
Pick a built-in template or add your own fillable PDF, then add client documents. The local model downloads once, about 5 GB, on your first fill.
- 4Review and save
Check each answer against its source, fill in anything flagged, and save the completed PDF on your computer.
Account and license
How do I buy a license?
Sign in to your account settings and buy the desktop license, $99 once. It stays yours for life, with free updates.
Can I move my license to another Mac?
Yes. The license is active on one Mac at a time. Free it from the app or from your account’s license settings, then sign in on the other Mac.
What are credits for?
Credits pay for Fyllyo setting up your own fillable PDF as a new template. $1 buys 100 credits, from $10, and they never expire. Filling forms never uses credits.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account settings and choose Delete account. Documents you filled stay on your computer; Fyllyo never had them.
Filling forms
Does Fyllyo work offline?
Yes, after setup. You need a connection to download the app and the local model, and to set up a new custom template. Filling configured forms works offline.
What documents can I use?
PDFs, scans, photos, Word files and typed notes. Add several files for the same client. Clear, readable documents give the best results.
My form isn’t in the library. What now?
Add it yourself as a blank fillable PDF with instructions for how to fill it; Fyllyo sets it up in the cloud. Or request it and I’ll look at adding it to the library.
Why was a field left blank?
Fyllyo leaves an answer blank and flags it when it can’t find it in your documents or isn’t sure. Check the source, then type the answer in the review screen.
Troubleshooting
The model download fails or stalls
Check your internet connection and that you have about 8 GB of free space, then start the fill again.
The app says my license is in use on another Mac
Free the license from your account’s license settings, then sign in again on this Mac.
Fyllyo is slow on my Mac
Filling runs on your Mac, so it’s fastest with 16 GB of memory or more. Close other memory-heavy apps while a form fills. Intel Macs are not supported.
An answer is wrong
Correct it in the review screen before saving; the change goes straight into the PDF. If it happens again on the same form, email me the form name and field, without client details, and I’ll fix the template.
