What Fyllyo does

Fyllyo helps you prepare PDF forms from client documents using AI and code running on your computer. You can review answers alongside their sources, correct them, and save a completed PDF.

Your desktop license

The desktop offer is a one-time purchase of a lifetime license with free lifetime updates. The license is active on one Mac at a time; you can free it and activate it on another. Local form filling has no recurring subscription. A five-day trial lets you evaluate the product. See pricing for the current offer.

Local filling and cloud template setup

Client documents are processed locally. Adding a custom template is a separate step: Fyllyo Cloud receives your blank fillable PDF and setup instructions. Do not include client information in either. Fyllyo’s hosted setup is paid in credits bought in your account. No API key is required; if you choose your own provider key, that provider’s terms and charges apply.

Review before you use a form

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the source information, calculations, formatting, and completed PDF before submitting or sharing it. You remain responsible for its contents and for using the correct form version. Fyllyo does not guarantee acceptance by any agency, provide legal or tax advice, or e-file forms.

Your documents and permissions

Only process documents you are authorized to use. You retain your rights in your source documents and completed forms. You control local files, access to your computer, backups, and deletion. Do not use Fyllyo for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Upcoming features

Features marked as future releases—including general document pipelines and spreadsheet output—are not part of the currently available PDF-filling workflow. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase.
