No. Fyllyo prepares forms. It doesn’t e-file them or provide legal or tax advice. Always review the completed form before you use it.

No. Client PDFs, scans, photos, Word files and notes are processed by a model running on your own Mac. They are not uploaded or sent to a cloud AI provider, and filled PDFs are saved on your computer. How privacy works →

Only when you add your own form: the blank fillable PDF and your setup instructions go to Fyllyo’s cloud service to prepare the template. Client documents are never included, so keep client details out of the blank form and the instructions.

Yes, after setup. You need a connection to download the app and the local model, and to set up a new custom form. Filling configured forms works offline.

Credits pay for one thing: Fyllyo setting up your own fillable PDF as a new template. $1 buys 100 credits, from $10, and credits never expire. Filling forms never uses credits.

No. Fyllyo provides the service that sets up new forms. You can use your own provider API key if you prefer; that provider’s charges then apply to setup, not to filling.

The license is active on one Mac at a time. To switch, free it from the app or from your account’s license settings, then sign in on the other Mac.

Apple silicon Macs, M1 or later, with 16 GB of memory recommended. Intel Macs are not supported.

About 8 GB. Most of it is the local model, about 5 GB, which downloads once on your first fill.
